 No problem. Many salons start by identifying a high-potential stylist who wants to grow beyond the chair. I’ll help you decide who’s the best fit and what their role should look like. 

 Plan on 1 hour per week for our live call plus some implementation during their normal workweek (teaching, shadowing, checking in with stylists). We keep it realistic so it fits alongside your current operations. 

 For the first call, yes — I want your voice and goals in the room. After that, most of the calls are primarily with your trainer, with periodic check-ins with you to align on strategy and progress.

We’ll map out the initial container together (for example, 3–6 months), with a clear start/end and checkpoints to measure progress. 

If your trainer leaves, the training doesn’t leave with them.

Every session we do, every resource, every recording, every system we build together becomes your salon’s intellectual property — not one person’s skillset.

Because the real goal isn’t to depend on a single “unicorn trainer.”
The goal is to build a repeatable, plug-and-play training system that anyone you promote can step into.

If your trainer does move on:

• You keep all the materials, videos, and frameworks
   
• You can train their replacement faster and with more clarity
   
• I can help you identify and onboard the next trainer if needed
   

In other words, you’re not left starting over.
